Making a Chai Latte
Add one heaped teaspoon (8g) of Chala Quick Brew Masala Chai mix to a pot.
Add your choice of milk and heat to just under a boil on the stove.
(If using a steamer, simply add the mix to your jug with milk and steam for 1-2 minutes)
Allow to infuse for 1–3 minutes.
Strain into a mug and enjoy a naturally sweet and spicy latte.
 
Making a Tea
Add one heaped teaspoon of Chala Quick Brew Masala Chai mix to a pot.
Add boiled water that has slightly cooled down.
Allow to infuse for 1–2 minutes, then strain into your cup or mug.
Add a splash of milk or enjoy it black.
