Making a tea
Add one heaped teaspoon of Chala Chai mix to a pot.
Add boiled water that has slightly cooled down.
Allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes and then strain into your cup or mug to enjoy.
Add a splash of milk or enjoy it black.
Making a chai latte
Add one heaped tablespoon of Chala Chai mix to a pot.
Add your choice of milk and heat to just under a boil on a stove.
Allow to infuse for 5-8 minutes.
Try adding a little extra honey if you like your chai sweeter.
Strain into a mug and enjoy!
