Brewing Tips for the Perfect Cup
Add one and a half tablespoons of mix (18g) to a microwavable jug and add your choice of milk. If you like your Hot Chocolate stronger, add a little more mix.
Heat the mix and milk in a 900W microwave for 80 seconds, stirring halfway through.
Heat a little longer if you prefer your hot chocolate that little bit warmer. (Heating time may vary depending on microwave).
Strain Hot Chocolate into a mug using a fine mesh strainer to catch the spices.
Hot Chocolate can also be made on the hob. Heat your milk until hot, add the mix to the pot and stir. Allow to infuse for 80-120 seconds and then strain.
